  • Lady in the Van

    Alan Bennett’s Lady in the Van opened on the 4th February and after a successful dress rehearsal, cast and crew were raring to go.This promises to be a funny, thought provoking and poignant show and a little different from the traditional NLT production. Tickets are now sold out although this may be subject to change and for details on ticket availability and how to book please see the What’s On page.

    Alan Bennett’s Lady in the Van opened on the 4th February and played to packed houses over the run of six nights. A funny, thought provoking and poignant show and a little different from the traditional NLT production it was a credit to Bob Beale making his directorial d├ębut for NLT.     Our attention now turns to the next production of Eric Chappel’s “Theft” and rehearsals will commence shortly. Meantime a reminder also about the Quiz on the 2nd March and the Jubilee Dinner in July.   • Quiz Quiz Quiz!

    A final reminder and call for the Quiz on the 2nd March. The bar / doors open at 7.15 p.m. and the quiz will start promptly at 7.45 p.m. More details are available on the the What’s On page under Forthcoming NLT Events. A number of teams are already booked in for what promises to be a fun evening!
