  • Abigail's Party Under Way!

    20 October 2014

Abigail’s Party is now under way and with the run sold out already, even with an extra date added, this promises to be one of the most popular shows yet at NLT. Although sold out ticket availability can change at short notice so please contact the Box Office for last minute bookings.

The second offering at NLT this Season will be a departure for us, welcoming for the first time Jenny Wren Productions presenting their entirely irreverent version of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic tail, Hound of the Baskervilles. Three actors work like dogs to play all the characters in this fast-paced, barking comedy that will leave you howling with laughter! Tickets are already available priced at £12.00 and please see “Ticket Availability” for more details. The start time for the show will be 7.45 p.m.

  • Abigail's Party Goes With A Swing

    26 October 2014

Playing to packed houses all week Abigail’s Party has proved to be a runaway success! This iconic seventies hit superbly directed by Vicki Hyde, stage managed by Barrie Walker and with a first class cast and crew seems to have struck a nostalgic chord with our audience. Thanks go to all involved with this stunning production which was much appreciated by our Associates and public audience alike. A worthy curtain raiser to our Season.

However, it is with some sadness that we also have to report the death on 23rd October of Graham Bartlett at a nursing home in Sussex. Prior to his illness Graham had been a stalwart member of NTC taking several roles over the years and contributing in particular to the backstage work of the Club with his DIY skills. Our thoughts are with his family and especially our friend Julie.
