In other news a big “thank you” to all those who both organised and attended NLT’s Open Evening/Celebration on the 15th September. It was great to see so many of you there to commemorate fifty years in Union Street, a real milestone. Full details of all other planned events are available in the NLT events section of the “What’s On” page and another date for your diary is the 2nd December 2017 when Peter Newman has agreed to host another quiz as a prelude to the Festive Season. Finally however, it is with regret that we have to record the death on the 8th September of Glenys Williams. With her husband and former NLT President Tom, Glenys was a loyal supporter of NLT over many years and will be very much missed. Our thoughts are with her family.
